ABOUT THOMAS P. COMERFORD, ESQUIRE
Thomas P. Comerford, Esquire is a partner with Foley, Cognetti, Comerford, Cimini & Cummins and focuses his practice equally between insurance defense litigation and personal injury litigation. In addition to being admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, he is also admitted to the New Jersey bar.
Attorney Comerford is a graduate of Fairfield University (B.A. 1984) and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 1987). Attorney Comerford has been with this firm since entering the practice of law 22 years ago. Over those years of practice, Attorney Comerford has refined his courtroom skills in countless trials, and has earned a reputation as a forceful advocate for his clients in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Comerford personally handles all of his cases from the initial client interview through judgment and any necessary post-trial or appellate work.
Attorney Comerford was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Waverly, Pennsylvania with his five children.
