Vincent S. Cimini, Esquire is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and settlement negotiations.
Attorney Cimini graduated from the University of Scranton, cum laude, in 1987 and the Dickinson School of Law in 1990. Following law school, he began his practice at Foley, Cognetti, Comerford, Cimini & Cummins where he was trained by his current partner, a recognized Pennsylvania “Superlawyer” Attorney Sal Cognetti, Jr. Together they have successfully represented countless victims who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence.
Attorney Cimini focuses his practice on automobile accidents truck accidents, slips and falls, wrongful death and medical mistakes. Over the past 20 years, he has utilized his successful jury trial experience in seeking compensation for his clients. Attorney Cimini personally overseas each of his cases from the initial client interview to its conclusion in the form of settlement or jury verdict.
Attorney Cimini resides in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Michele, and their two young sons.
