_Attorney Cummins has also served as an adjunct instructor in the paralegal studies program at the Worthington Campus of Penn State University, covering courses such as Negligence Law and Medical Malpractice Law.
 
Attorney Cummins has also served as a course planner and presenter for many continuing legal education courses covering civil litigation issues and providing lessons and tips to fellow members of the bar to improve their practice and strategy in such matters.  The courses he has planned and presented include the following:
